The art of clearly conveying ideas and point of view either verbally or in writing is a very valuable trait and need to be harnessed by each and every employee, immaterial of his or her level in the organization. Any individual possessing this skill is easily spotted in the crowd and elevated to the top in the eyes of the potential recruiter.

Off late recruiters have been using various social media sites as a source to screen proficient talent. Subsequently these sites have become a platform for all job aspirants to highlight their education, abilities and job-critical skills as a branding tool to attract the recruiters.
